What About Fasting Part 4

What do we eat during the hours we aren't fasting? Eggs, fish, chicken, organic spring greens and herbs, sweet potatoes only, to give you an idea. You will not go hungry. The trick is to eat only in the designated eating hours. If you haven't read posts 1-3 click the link! MyPlaceOrganicLife.com



Once we begin to think about the different types of fasting, we should also think about what healing switches are being turned on.

  1. Intermittent fasting, 12 to 16 hrs., switches the body over into the ketone fat burning system. Ketones, growth hormone, and testosterone flood the body.

  2. Autophagy fasting kicks in around 17 hrs. and is like a dimmer switch. What is brilliant is the intelligence in our cells. It realizes no food or nutrition is coming so it becomes more efficient. The body gets rid of the cells that aren't working well and repairs other cells.

  3. At 24 hrs. our gut begins to repair itself as a mass of healthy stem cells floods the stomach.

  4. At 36 hrs. is long enough for the stubborn weight loss situations most particularly stomach.

  5. Most exciting is at 48 hrs. there is a dopamine reset where new receptor sites are formed. Everything in life becomes more palatable and brighter.

  6. 72 hrs. are an immune reset. Old white blood cells will be eliminated, and new white blood cells are formed. Our full body is flooded with intestinal stem cells. People are paying tens of thousands of dollars for stem cells when they could regularly be getting them the free and healthy way.

I have just finished the 24 hr. gut repair fast and going into the 36 hr. fast.


The belly fat burner fast. Okay, now we're getting down to the nitty gritty where most people are struggling in their weight. The belly. This is an interesting fast that is done over a 30-day period. Research shows that fasting for 36 hrs. followed by 12 hrs. of eating quality food and another round of 36 hrs. of fasting will get rid of belly fat. This is just enough time where the blood sugar is at a very low point. The body is very smart and suddenly it realizes at this point that autophagy has been triggered, ketones are high, gut reset with stem cells has taken place, and the blood sugar isn't coming up. I am assured that this is the most beautiful way to get a person unstuck in their weight loss, and most importantly, the belly.
