Knowing Yourself is Best!


Hey everyone!

I just wanted to share a little personal experience with you all. So, recently, I made a little mistake and started eating breakfast again. But guess what? I fall asleep before lunch and I found myself constantly eating throughout the day and feeling hungrier than ever!


But you know what they say, "Back to basics!" I've decided to go back to what truly works for my mental and physical energy. I've switched to eating just one meal at 3:00 pm, and let me tell you, it's incredibly satisfying!


Not only does this routine bring me a sense of control over my eating habits, but it also provides me with the sustainable energy I need to conquer the day!


Remember, we all have different dietary needs, and it's important to find what works best for our bodies. So here's to finding our own unique balance and embracing what fuels us best! Cheers to a healthy and energized lifestyle!
