Intermittent fasting is different because it puts your body in a healing state that you can only get by avoiding food for a certain period of time. This doesn't happen when you're dieting.


When your blood sugar goes down, you trigger all the healing responses, which means that in the absence of food, the body begins to heal.

Fasting is the equivalent of a miraculous internal system in the body that will burn fat, supercharge, your brain, kill hunger, improve sleep, take away chronic pain, and slow the aging process.
